Orders & Installation

An order is accepted when we issue a written confirmation and/or receive a deposit. Installation timelines depend on site readiness, permits, component stock, and weather. You agree to provide reasonable access to the premises and a safe working environment.

Warranties

Manufacturers’ warranties apply to panels, inverters, and batteries as stated in your quotation. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for the period stated in your agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or delays caused by third‑party suppliers, grid outages, or force majeure.
